We are looking forward to launching this year’s Alpha course which will begin on Tuesday 11th March at Bistro Branas which is the new café connected to the Village Centre on the corner of Wickhurst Lane and Broadbridge Way. Each evening will consist of a light meal and a short video followed by a discussion based on the themes brought up. The first 6 themes are: Is there more to life than this? Who is Jesus? Why did Jesus die? How can I have faith? Why and how do I pray? Why and how should I read the bible? As you can see, the course is based around questions of faith and those attending are not expected to have any of the answers and are in fact positively encouraged to come with their own questions. The course is specifically designed for those who are searching and want to know more about the Christian faith.
There is no cost to attendees and no obligation to complete the course. The start time will be dependent on those wishing to attend and their availability, but will be around 7pm.
