Morning all. Hope your week has started well. A few notices for your diaries:
Firstly, a reminder that this Wednesday at 7pm we will be celebrating the Year of Faith with the rest of the churches in our deanery at St Mary’s church in Horsham. This will be a great opportunity to worship with other Christians across our town.
If you have a Children’s Society box it is that time of year to return them to Julie G.
We are looking forward to hosting the World Day of Prayer on Friday 7th March at 7pm and would love your contributions of flowers (real or fake!) and decorations to transform the church into a Pacific Island! Please come along on the night as we pray for the Cook Islands and also reflect that we are wonderfully made (which is the theme of the evening).
As we approach the time of Lent we will again be launching Connect Groups and I would love to hear from those of you who would be willing to host a group. Please email me with a brief description, time of day/week and location so I can collate them all. Also, please be thinking about who you can invite to the Alpha Course which will be starting at the same time (Tuesday evenings).
And finally please be praying about your stewardship and in particular your financial giving to the church as we approach a significant moment in our renewal project plans.
