Giving is a spiritual activity, not just a practical one. Regular giving is an expression of our worship to God and a practice that is such a normal part of being a follower of Jesus that the New Testament talks about giving hilariously!
The vast majority of the income that enables the vision of St John’s to be realised, is given voluntarily and generously by members of the church. We expect the cost of running the church in 2025 to be around £144,000 which works out at approximately £20 per week per adult on the Electoral Roll.
Each pound we receive is currently used as follows:
