The vast majority of the income that enables the vision of St John’s to be realised, is given voluntarily and generously by members of the church.  Giving is a spiritual activity, not just a practical one. Regular giving is an expression of our worship to God and a practice that is such a normal part of being a follower of Jesus that the New Testament talks about giving hilariously!

Derrick Cain is part of the Church Finance Team and he oversees our finances. He is married to Jenny and has three adult children. During the week he works in London for a bank, but at the weekends he can be found doing a variety of things, including scuba diving and playing with Reuben the dog.

Derrick is assisted by Julia Robertson and Tony Male looks after our the stewardship envelopes.
