AN EVENING WITH TV CHEFS MARTHA COLLISON AND WILL TORRENT

We are very excited to be welcoming Martha Collison and Will Torrent to Brighton Road Baptist Church for Tearfund’s Cakes, Bakes and Faith tour.
Cakes, Bakes and Faith is a special evening in the company of two well-loved TV bakers:
Martha Collison – youngest ever contestant on The Great British Bake Off, now an author and cookery columnist.
Will Torrent – Chocolatier and Patisserie chef extraordinaire, appearing on shows like Sunday Brunch and Ready, Steady, Cook.
Will and Martha will be sharing about how their Christian faith has influenced their careers, the challenges they have faced and the incredible highs they have seen. There will be a live bake off, and even the opportunity for our community to get involved with a cake competition judged by the Tearfund Ambassadors.
They will also share inspiring stories of how Tearfund’s local church partners are supporting individuals and communities in some of the poorest places across the world. Be prepared to be moved by what you hear.
