We have groups and activities for children and youth.
Our Vision
Our vision is that every child will know that God loves them and that they are welcome here at St John’s BBH.
We believe that children are an integral part of the church and we aim to help each of them to:
- Know God for themselves
- Explore and discover their gifts and equip them to use these to help others
- Grow in understanding and in faith

Keeping our children safe
St John’s operates a child protection system consistent with diocesan policy. All main group leaders are subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
NB. Our children’s and youth church group names are all themed with ‘light’, to reflect these verses from the Bible:
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life” (John 8:12)
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden” (Matthew 5:14)
