Tearfund is a Christian relief and development organisation.
Its vision is “To lift 50 million people out of material and spiritual poverty through the work of 100,000 churches north and south”.
From 1 November to 31 January, every pound you give to Tearfund’s Aid Match Appeal will be doubled by the UK government.*
Money raised will change the lives of people in the Central African Republic and around the world who have suffered unimaginably due to conflict and poverty.
*East Africa is in crisis. Drought and conflict have left 16 million people on the brink of starvation, and in desperate need of food and safe water. Each day, the needs are escalating. Please act now and give to support Tearfund’s East Africa Appeal.
